My Top Three Favorite Essential Oils

With so many essential oils to choose from, figuring out which ones that work the best for you can be overwhelming.

A friend introduced me to Young Living Oils about a year ago to help with hypothyroid symptoms and a recent hormonal imbalance. It took me some time, but I found a few favorites that are dependable for my everyday needs.

Stress Away

Stress Away essential oil blend contains a unique combination of Lime essential oil and Vanilla extract. It also includes Copaiba, which has a history of beneficial properties in the topical application; Lavender, with its refreshing and calming scent; and Cedarwood.

The best ways to use this gem is to diffuse it & apply it topically. When my weeks are full of hours spent on the road & continuously on the go I put 6-8 drops in a diffuser or rub some on my neck while allowing the stress to melt away.

With hormone imbalance, I no longer wear perfumes, Stress Away is an excellent alternative to stay calm all day long while smelling heavenly. If you suffer from anxiety, severe PMS, headaches, or just need to “chill out” Stress Away can be your new bestie.

(Essential Tip: Use an empty glass roller ball fill 1/2 with Almond oil and add 5-10 drops of Stress Away)

DiGize Vitality blends Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Fennel, Lemongrass, Anise, and Patchouli essential oils for a fresh-tasting mealtime companion and addition to your wellness regimen for digestive support.

Stomach issues are part of living with hypothyroidism, DiGize has become a LIFESAVER in life & traveling situations. I don’t know about you guys, but my stomach is iffy after flying or staying somewhere new for an extended period. Between bloating & stomach sensitivity, it is impossible to focus on anything other than being uncomfortable.

Thankfully DiGize Vitality is safe to ingest, Young Living recommends to place a few drops in a capsule but honestly, I put it straight in my tea or glass of water & drink it. Results are amazing so far whatever might have caused my tummy to get upset goes away in no time.

Thieves Vitality essential oil blend combines Lemon, Clove, Eucalyptus Radiata, Cinnamon Bark, and Rosemary essential oils to create one of our most popular products. These ingredients work together synergistically to offer one of the critical benefits of Thieves Vitality: overall wellness and support for a healthy immune system.

I saved the best for last! Thieves is seriously an oil that you should always have in your carryon. Let’s face it germs are EVERYWHERE, but with using Thieves, you have a better chance of outrunning them. The aroma of this oil is one that you’ll be sure to love along with its powerful immune system boosting benefits. Once I feel a tickle in my throat, I place two drops under my tongue and let the oil do its thing.

Thieves Vitality is a blend that I’ve used the longest to help with my immune system & I gotta tell ya, IT WORKS! It has been almost a year since I had a sniffle & still going strong. Not only does it come in oil but Young Living has its own Thieves household cleaner line which is much safer than products fund in department stores.

For those who are interested in possibly using Young Living Essential oils & have questions, please don’t hesitate to leave a comment or send an e-mail. Helping others learn how to achieve a more holistic approach to living is something I genuinely enjoy. I may not have all the answers & still on a health journey of my own, but it is encouraging to support one another until we reach our wellness goals.

As always…

Keep the peace & God bless!
